Consumer Disclosure: Electronic Records and Signatures

Version 2026-10

The sender of a document has asked you to review and sign it electronically through SignTulip. Please read this disclosure before you agree to use electronic records and signatures. It explains your rights, including your right to receive documents on paper.

1. What you are agreeing to

  • By checking the consent box and continuing, you agree to receive this document, related notices and the completed copy electronically, and to sign it electronically. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
  • Your consent applies to the document you were asked to sign and to the related transaction with that sender, unless the sender tells you otherwise.

2. Getting paper copies

  • You may ask the sender for a paper copy of any document you received or signed electronically. Contact the sender directly using the contact details in their email. SignTulip does not charge you for paper copies; any fee is set by the sender and must be disclosed to you.
  • You can also download and print a PDF copy at any time from the signing page and the completion email.

3. Withdrawing your consent

  • Before you sign, you can withdraw consent by closing the page without signing, or by choosing “Decline to sign” in the menu. The sender will be notified.
  • After you sign, contact the sender to withdraw consent for future electronic records. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity of documents you already signed electronically, and the sender may need to continue the transaction on paper.

4. Keeping your contact information up to date

  • Tell the sender if your email address or mobile number changes, so you keep receiving documents and notices. The sender can correct your details and send you a new signing link.

5. Hardware and software you need

  • A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a computer, tablet or phone, with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  • An internet connection and an email account able to receive messages from SignTulip.
  • Software that can open PDF files (built into most browsers and phones) and enough storage to save copies.
  • If these requirements change in a way that could prevent you from accessing or keeping records, we will tell you before the change and you can withdraw consent without fees.

6. Keeping copies

  • After everyone has signed, you receive an email with a link to the completed document and its certificate of completion. Download and keep a copy for your records.

7. Questions

  • For questions about the document itself, contact the sender. For technical help with SignTulip, contact hello@signtulip.com.
